A common question yoga practitioner's ask me weekly is that they want to do Yoga Teacher Training - then the following line is… "I’m so not ready. I need at least another year of practice…"
So here it is... If you have a regular yoga practice and you have the thirst to drop deeper into your own journey. You are ready!!!
Lao Tzu said “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”… So all you need to do is take that step. Fear is our biggest hold up, but as you face your fears, you stretch your limitations and go beyond what you thought was possible.
We all have our habitual pattern’s (me included) and by ripping these away and stepping into the unknown we become raw and vulnerable - One of the most beautiful spaces where we grow and are humbled by, well, Us!
If you have a teacher you love, join them on your Yoga Teacher Training, and if you don’t, then join a Yoga Teacher Training in a style of yoga that you love to practice. This is where your heart will be set on fire and your creativity will react and flow into openness…
Just because you join a Yoga Teacher Training doesn’t necessarily mean you HAVE to, or NEED to teach… Your path is your path and it will flow exactly as it need’s to, you just need to have faith in exactly that. Don’t put any expectations on yourself or what is next? Just open yourself up to the endless possibilities that is life…
“Faith - Is taking the first step, even when you can’t see the whole staircase”
~Martin Luther King Jr~
